Auto-renewal:
All plans will auto-renew at the previous unless cancelled. Users are provided 1 week of free Premium membership upon joining, which will automatically downgrade to a Basic membership unless they have purchased an additional upgrade. Users who forget to cancel the subscription prior to the auto-renewal will not be eligible for a refund, as our system is set up to provide reminders beginning three (3) days before the subscription ends.
